สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเบิร์นร่วมกับสมาคมครูไทยในสวิตเซอร์ เปิดตัวหนังสือการ์ตูนสำหรับเยาวชน 3 เล่ม 5 ภาษา ผลงานการประพันธ์ของอาจารย์สาลี่ ศิลปสธรรม ปรมาจารย์ด้านการผลิตหลักสูตรการสอนภาษาไทยสำหรับเยาวชนไทยในต่างแดน
การจัดทำหนังสือการ์ตูนสำหรับเยาวชนดังกล่าวเป็นหนึ่งในโครงการที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเบิร์นร่วมมือกับชุมชนไทยในสวิตเซอร์แลนด์จัดขึ้นในโอกาสครบรอบ 90 ปีการสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างประเทศไทยกับสวิตเซอร์แลนด์เมื่อปี 2564 โดยมีการจัดทำหนังสือทั้งหมด 3 เล่ม เน้นเรื่องราวที่สะท้อนประสบการณ์การใช้ชีวิตของเยาวชนไทยที่เกิดและเติบโตในสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ และความสัมพันธ์ในระดับประชาชนที่ใกล้ชิดระหว่างไทยกับสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ ได้แก่

- 90 ปีแห่งมิตรภาพระหว่างประเทศไทยกับสวิตเซอร์แลนด์
นอกจากภาษาไทยแล้ว สมาคมครูไทยในสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ยังได้ร่วมกับเครือข่ายชมุชนไทยในสวิตเซอร์แลนด์แปลหนังสือชุดดังกล่าวจากเพิ่มเติมอีก 4 ภาษา ได้แก่ ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาเยอรมัน ภาษาฝรั่งเศส และภาษาอิตาเลียน เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนสวิสในภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ได้เรียนรู้เรื่องราวของเยาวชนไทยในสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ รวมทั้งความสัมพันธ์อันใกล้ชิดระหว่างไทยกับสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ด้วย
The Royal Thai Embassy in Bern in cooperation with the Thai Teachers Association in Switzerland launched the special edition of 3 children books in 5 languages, authored by Khru Salee Silpasathan, a renowned expert in Thai language learning for Thai children abroad.
The creation of the books is part of the commemorative events organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in cooperation with the Thai community in Switzerland to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Thailand and Switzerland in 2021. The storylines of the 3 books reflect the life of Thai children who were born and have grown up in Switzerland, and the close people-to-people ties between Thailand and Switzerland, namely:
- Thank you, Mom.
- Thai Festival in Bern.
- 90 Years of Friendship between Thailand and Switzerland.
Apart from Thai language, the Thai Teachers Association in Switzerland also worked with the network of Thai community in Switzerland to translate the books in 4 other languages i.e. English, German, French, and Italian, so Swiss children can learn about Thai children in Switzerland and the close bond of friendship between the two countries.
